KZ Acquires Concord Terminal Shopping Center in Concord, CA

Irvine, Calif — July 2015 — KZ Companies, LLC (“KZ”) has purchased the Concord Terminal Shopping Center for $7,250,000.  The acquisition is a 41,400-square-foot shopping center occupied by CVS Pharmacy and Big 5 Sporting Goods located at 2677 and 2689 Clayton Road, Concord, California. This property will be added to KZ’s core asset portfolio.

Kevin Van Voorhis, Henry Englehardt and Deborah Perry with Collier’s International represented the sellers, Logan Survivor’s Trust and Logan Non-Exempt Marital Trust, in this transaction.
