Chick-fil-A in Kapolei, Hawaii

“Ho’omaka Marketplace (HMP) is a ground-up shopping center in the heart of Kapolei. From it’s inception it was a collaborative effort between KZ Companies, Kapolei Community Development Corporation (KCDC), and Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL). The shopping center encompasses five acres, 39,581 square footage of buildable area, and is anchored by Longs Drugs, Chick-fil-A, 7-Eleven, and Hele Gas. In addition to providing a place for national retailers KZ Companies will also be delivering an eleemosynary space to KCDC within a dedicated building, free of charge, for them to have a physical retailing presence within the shopping center. KCDC will use the eleemosynary space to sell local products and services. ”
